Ms. Else has been with ODI Consulting since 1990, after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a major in Mass Communications and a minor in Marketing.  She was initially tasked with Sales & Marketing efforts to grow ODI’s client base.

Ms Else extended into hands-on IT development, providing Project Management & User Interface designs for larger projects with customers such as GE Security, NY State DOT and Honeywell.

In 1999, she expanded into the area of graphic design & web development, working with web projects including a complete site design (with customized applications) for Sarasota County Sheriff, registration modules for the University of South Florida, complete eCommerce systems and online eLearning systems.

Over the past years, Ms. Else has also received certifications and training for online marketing strategies, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Analytics & Ad Campaign optimization and specialized training in social media marketing and web-presence optimization.

Her passion is in performing personalized graphic design work and providing automation and improvements for web projects of all sizes (from simple, 2-page informational sites to full eCommerce and dynamic database-integrated sites).

Her mission is to provide solutions that truly enhance our customers’ business functions, streamline productivity and provide a dramatic return on their investment in IT solutions.

Mr Hudson began programming directly after graduating high school in 1984, writing insurance software for Policy Management Systems Corp (PMSC) in Columbia, South Carolina.  He continued his programming career closer to home, working as a developer for the Sarasota County School Board and creating software used on cruise-ships (including the QE II), as well as unique accounting solutions used by Tropicana and Turner Foods (a subsidiary of FPL).

He also gained expertise working in the computer networking arena, working for IBM and IBM partners, including providing support services for midrange and mainframe systems, as well as traditional LAN and WAN networking solutions.

In 1990, Mr. Hudson founded ODI Consulting in an effort to provide clients with comprehensive ‘end-to-end’ IT business solutions (including hardware, networking, sofware and programming services).

Since then, he has continuted to specialize in software and app development, many of which are now web-based applications and internet-based solutions (such as customized web sites, payment gateways, iPhone and Droid applications and more).

Mr. Gardner joined ODI Consulting in 1999 as a computer technician, serving as Computer Repair Technician and Level I Networking Engineer. In 2001, he expanded his skills & certifications and escalated to a Level II Network Engineer. In 2003 he was promoted to Lead Technician, managing all of ODI’s computer technicians and on-site support services.

He has continued to expand and grow his computer networking skills, and is certified & proficient with: Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Wireless/Wifi (WLAN), Virtual Local Networking (VLAN) and other types of networks.  His network expertise covers a range of network operating systems & products, including: Microsoft Windows/Server, Microsoft IIS, Unix/Linux, Apache, Cisco, Huawei, Ubiquiti, Linksys, Netgear, Fortinet, DLink, Meraki, Netgear and more.

He also offers support services for server software, databases and specialized industry software including (to name a few): Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Cold Fusion, Quickbooks (Pro & Enterprise), TrialWorks, E2, and more.

Over the past few years, Mr. Gardner has helped ODI expand in the areas of cloud-based and managed solutions, including computer & network security, local & cloud-based managed backup solutions, disaster recovery, email security & encryption, spam filtering, antivirus solutions, server & network management, remote support and more.

Tim prides himself on prioritizing the needs of every customer and project—from small to large.  He is a highly respected member of the ODI team and greatly valued by ODI’s customers.
