Mr. Gardner joined ODI Consulting in 1999 as a computer technician, serving as Computer Repair Technician and Level I Networking Engineer. In 2001, he expanded his skills & certifications and escalated to a Level II Network Engineer. In 2003 he was promoted to Lead Technician, managing all of ODI’s computer technicians and on-site support services.
He has continued to expand and grow his computer networking skills, and is certified & proficient with: Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Wireless/Wifi (WLAN), Virtual Local Networking (VLAN) and other types of networks. His network expertise covers a range of network operating systems & products, including: Microsoft Windows/Server, Microsoft IIS, Unix/Linux, Apache, Cisco, Huawei, Ubiquiti, Linksys, Netgear, Fortinet, DLink, Meraki, Netgear and more.
He also offers support services for server software, databases and specialized industry software including (to name a few): Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Cold Fusion, Quickbooks (Pro & Enterprise), TrialWorks, E2, and more.
Over the past few years, Mr. Gardner has helped ODI expand in the areas of cloud-based and managed solutions, including computer & network security, local & cloud-based managed backup solutions, disaster recovery, email security & encryption, spam filtering, antivirus solutions, server & network management, remote support and more.
